Hardwood Floor Damage in Nahant

Wave after wave of water breached this entry door and flooded the living room of this Nahant coastal home. Walls, baseboard and trim needed to be demolished and discarded.

Unfortunately the hardwood floor planks were cupped and ruined and had to be tossed out by our fast arriving technicians.  Our team then thoroughly dried out the concrete pad over a three day period to ensure that no excessive moisture was still lingering in the concrete. This would have wreaked havoc on the new wood flooring.
